3sides Customers Win Gold and Silver Awards at Verint Inspire Award Gala in London

At a fabulous award gala in Somerset House in London, both Hg and Cancer Research UK (CRUK) were recognised for their innovations in the Verint Inspire Awards Supercharged Self Service category.

It is a third year in a row that 3sides has been awarded prizes for our customer projects.

Cancer Research UK (CRUK) won a Gold award for their impactful work helping a community get the support and answers they need at their most vulnerable. It was a privilege to, in collaboration with our friends at 4 Roads, support Cancer Research UK in their move to the Verint Community platform.

Hg won a Silver award for their innovative way of bringing together executives of their portfolio companies to share experience and knowledge. The journey with Hg is one of our most rewarding, as we are truly partners in creating an amazing experience and community program for the execs using the Verint Community platform.

It was great to attend the Verint Inspire Awards 2024 as a Verint Partner, celebrating our shared successes and customer wins. A huge shoutout to Verint for organising such a wonderful and festive event. We had a blast!

Content as customer journey: how Community Leaders can learn from this Thameslink experience design
By delivering the right content at the right time, Thameslink helps passengers make better decisions, reduces uncertainty, improves behaviour, increases accessibility, and enhances overall satisfaction. At the same time, the railway gains operational benefits through improved passenger distribution, optimized capacity utilization, reduced congestion, and greater efficiency. Ultimately, the success of Thameslink's digital information strategy illustrates a broader truth for customer experience design: The journey is not just made up of trains and stations. It is made up of information. And when information is delivered intelligently across every touchpoint, it becomes one of the most powerful tools for creating better customer experiences and better business outcomes simultaneously. Online Community leaders can learn from this customer journey approach, when designing for different cohorts in their online community to ensure optimal engagement throughout the member journey by focussing on what a member needs in different stages. What Community leaders can learn from this journey design When your community engagement is stalling or even has falling numbers of visitors, think about how you have designed your customer journey for your members in different cohorts. Do you know what the various types of members want at each stage of their customer journey? Have you designed your content for that? Have you designed onboarding and engagement paths for them?
